Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our plants across several states, including Louisiana. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting in electrical control systems and a proactive maintenance mindset.

The successful candidate will perform preventive maintenance, monitor equipment and readings, respond promptly to production maintenance needs, and assist in training new staff in proper machinery operation in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays
• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours
• Repairing machinery in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation
