Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multiple plants in the Southeast region, including Louisiana. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical control systems (PLCs, inverter drives), and assist in training new staff.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Experience with electrical systems and a team‑oriented mindset is essential to keep our processing facilities

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays.
• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality.
• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation.
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours.
• Repairing machinery in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation.
