Qualifications

• 5–7 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and programming PLCs, drives, and motor controls.
• Siemens PLC experience preferred.
• Experience with CNC equipment and automated production machinery preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• High‑voltage electrical experience and training preferred.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and automated machinery.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on PLCs, CNC machines, motor controls, AC drives, servo drives, and electronic control systems.
• Troubleshoot and program PLCs, drives, and motor control systems to maintain equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Assist with equipment installation, modifications, and maintenance improvements.
• Follow NEC, OSHA, NFPA, and established facility safety procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $30.54 – $36.72, based on experience.
• Shift Differential: Additional 8% for evening shift.
• Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM.
• Employment: Full-Time, Direct Hire.
• Location: Onsite in Columbus, MS.

Hiring Process

Qualified candidates will be required to complete a hands‑on skills assessment. Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will be considered for an onsite panel interview.
