Job summary

BlueWorx is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. This entry-level role involves support for general facility upkeep, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, groundskeeping, and preventative maintenance.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, comfortable with hand and power tools, and eager to develop skills in an industrial maintenance environment. Day shift with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical and maintenance aptitude required.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, hammers).
• Basic electrical troubleshooting capability required.
• Comfort with basic plumbing and building repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facility and building maintenance.
• Repair faucets, drains, toilets, and urinals.
• Prepare surfaces: drywall patch/tape/finish for painting.
• Strip and wax floors; change HVAC filters as needed.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues and lighting.
• Maintain maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Support grounds maintenance including mowing and trimming.
