Job summary

KIMCHUK INC is seeking a Maintenance Worker to keep our building and equipment in reliable condition. The role involves repairing a range of machines and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ESD flooring and safety standards.

You'll program SMT/AOI equipment, evaluate new machinery, set up changes, manage spare parts, and support production needs. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of heavy mechanical experience and basic plumbing, electrical, and compressed

Qualifications

2–3 years heavy mechanical background with the ability to set up, operate, and repair industrial machinery.
Working knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical and pressurized air systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on a regularly scheduled basis as recommended.
Ensure compliance of ESD flooring and shelving per work instructions.
Program SMT, AOI and selective soldering equipment.
Evaluate and select new equipment to support the manufacturing process including ROI analysis.
Set up and adjust machines as needs dictate.
Responsible for spare parts inventory on production equipment.
Layout and set-up of changes involving power, air, water & equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
