Leading Technology Composites is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. The role requires troubleshooting electrical systems and replacing faulty components to ensure optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will have industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical skills, with the ability to read schematics and work both independently and as part of a team. This hourly position includes regular shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience in an industrial setting.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Document maintenance and repair activities in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Applicants must be able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime, sometimes with little to no notice.
