Job summary

Hodge Industrial Technologies is seeking a field service technician to diagnose, repair and maintain industrial compressed air systems at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot electrical systems and fix equipment right the first time, often working independently.

Key tasks include diagnosing faults, repairing motors, VFDs, PLCs, and performing preventive maintenance while reading schematics and producing service reports for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance or field service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial compressed air equipment.
• Troubleshoot 240V/480V three-phase electrical systems.
• Repair motors, controls, VFDs, PLCs, and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Communicate findings with customers and complete service reports.
