Job summary

Hodge Industrial Technologies seeks a skilled service technician to diagnose and repair industrial compressed air systems at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform preventive maintenance, reading schematics as needed.

This on-site role requires 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance, a valid driver's license, and a strong problem-solving mindset. If you value independence and delivering first-time fixes, we'd like to meet you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance or field service experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair industrial compressed air equipment
• Troubleshoot 240V/480V three-phase electrical systems
• Repair motors, controls, VFDs, PLCs, and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Communicate findings with customers and complete service reports
