Job summary
Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is seeking a Retread Maintenance Technician in Winona, MN to perform maintenance and retreading of light and medium tires in a factory setting. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical systems with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications
- 3 years of previous experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting or completion of 2-year vocational school in industrial maintenance
- Prior electrical and electronic trouble shooting experience – ability to work with 24VDC to 500VAC
- Prior pipe fitting experience and compressor and hydraulic experience
Responsibilities
- Repair out of service or improperly working equipment to limit downtime
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Maintain and operate plant steam, air and hydraulic systems safely
- Install new equipment
- Comply with safety and liability guidelines and policies
- Use protective safety equipment to ensure safe operation
- Perform a variety of manual tasks including lifting and moving tires and wheels
