Job summary

Responsibilities include daily logs, PM work orders, troubleshooting hydraulics/pneumatics, and ensuring safety protocols like lock-out-tag-out. Valid DL and toolset required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in related field with high school diploma or work equivalent.
• Strong electrical and mechanical experience with pneumatic and hydraulic hands-on background.
• Daily use of math for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work unsupervised, be a self-starter, and meet deadlines.
• Must provide own basic hand tools and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work logs and use maintenance software to close out work requests and PMs.
• Respond to radio calls regarding facilities issues or machine breakdowns.
• Operate a forklift safely.
• Work with electrical systems up to 480 volts and run new lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace components like gear boxes and chains.
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic components such as cylinders and valves.
• Handle routine facility tasks (plunging toilets, cleaning, snow removal, etc.).
• Work safely at heights and use a Multimeter for electrical work.
• Follow lock-out-tag-out procedures and other safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
