Sportech, Inc. in Elk River, MN is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

You will oversee day-to-day maintenance and repair of production equipment, CNC machines, thermoforming presses, and related facilities to keep operations safe and productive. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, coordinate with contractors, and uphold a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical education in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Self-starter with problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative and routine maintenance/repairs (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Troubleshoots electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Manages downtime through maintenance schedules and project work.
• Coordinates third-party contractor support when needed.
• Detects defects and reports to leadership.
• Maintains safe, clean working environment and team collaboration.
