Owens Corning in Blythewood, SC is looking for a Maintenance Technician to keep manufacturing equipment operating efficiently on site. You will execute maintenance, install and repair assets, and contribute to safety, productivity, cost, quality and sustainability goals.

The role requires electrical/mechanical skills and teamwork across all plant functions. You will follow safety rules, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot downtime, and read mechanical/electrical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to pass hair drug screen and health questionnaire.
• U.S. citizenship or right to work in the U.S. required.
• Willing to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

Responsabilités

• Live the Owens Corning Safety Stand and follow all safety rules.
• Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime to meet productivity goals.
• Read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams for tasks.
• Collaborate with team and provide maintenance training as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and TPM initiatives.
