Job summary

Huntsman is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the HATC Shared Services Division located in HATC, TX. This role primarily focuses on maintaining electrical infrastructure and supporting the site Master Electrician with installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems up to 480 VAC.

In addition to electrical work, the technician will handle plumbing, mechanical systems, facility maintenance, and minor fabrication.

Qualifications

Unrestricted right to work in the United States.
4+ years hands-on electrical installations or 3+ years as Electrician Apprentice.
Experience with VFDs, MCCs, and PLCs.
Experience with industrial plumbing and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics/blueprints.

Responsibilities

Assist site Master Electrician with installation, maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems up to 480 VAC.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and document in CMMS.
Follow safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout and arc flash requirements.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure EH&S policy compliance.
Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems as needed.
Support general facility maintenance and equipment calibrations.
