The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic equipment and systems, including process equipment, utility equipment, and control loop setup/calibration.

This role will be on 3rd Shift, 10PM-6AM (Monday-Friday).

Primary duties include:

  • Maintenance and repair of controls systems, PLC programming, documentation, and software backups.
  • Establishing control loop calibration routes and maintaining equipment controls within design and set point parameters.
  • Diagnosing and repairing manufacturing equipment, focusing on electrical/electronic system failures.
  • Updating technical schematics, documentation, and providing technical and hands-on training.
  • Offering technical guidance to team members and taking leadership in complex issues.
  • Participating in projects, training, and maintenance coverage.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of verifiable experience in electronics and instrumentation; relevant education may substitute.
  • Knowledge of PID control loops, AC/DC drives, and PLC logic assessment.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO is preferred.
  • Strong safety orientation and ability to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficient with Google Sheets/Docs, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and specific software tools.
