Job summary

Watco Transloading is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment at our Pine Bluff site. You will work with conveyors, winches, and other machinery to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, experience with conveyors, and a solid understanding of lockout/tagout safety practices.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Understanding of basic mechanical drawings and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and conveyer systems.
• Inspect and replace Bearings, belts, chains, pulleys, gears and related components.
• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety policies including lockout/tagout before maintenance.
