Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician - Connellsville

POSITION SUMMARY

The PSI Group, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our 1st or 2nd shift Maintenance team at our Connellsville, PA location.Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the various production machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. Good attendance is a must!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 2-3+years of Industrial Mechanical and Electrical experience.
• Safety First Mentality.
• Solid knowledge and experience working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems in an industrial settings.
• Working with voltages up to 480
• Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the following core schedulesand overtime as necessary:
  • 1st shift positions: Monday through Thursday 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 5:30 am to 9:30 am.
  • 2nd shift positions: Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • With periodic (required) overtime.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• 2+ years experience (minimum) with welding and fabrication.

To be successful in this position, you must be willing to make a commitment of time and effort to become part of a team producing quality corrugated boxes in a safe, drug free environment. Experience in Industrial electrical/mechanics in a manufacturing environment is required.
