Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, performing repairs with hand and power tools, and keeping detailed maintenance records. 4+ years of experience and strong problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance technician experience in chemical/manufacturing settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, motors, pumps, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with LOTO and hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Safety-conscious with OSHA-related practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on motors, pumps, and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues with diagnostic tools.
• Repair using hand/power tools; conduct pipe fittings and brazing as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
