Job summary

Novonesis in Blair, Nebraska is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our production facility running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and support quality.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read manuals. SAP experience is a plus and candidates must be comfortable with lifting and working in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent and basic math/science skills.
• Ability to read manuals and understand equipment, systems, and controls.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical power systems and machinery.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for service and repairs.
• Calibrate and adjust equipment to specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
