Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment.

You will troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections for reliability and safety, and document maintenance activities. In this role you’ll respond to maintenance-related emergencies, collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability, and support compliance with safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Experience or education in Industrial Maintenance or related fields.
• Maintenance of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors and conveyors.
• Familiarity with PLCs and robotics and welding/fabrication basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot issues in equipment and systems
• Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and compliance
• Document maintenance activities and completed repairs
• Respond to equipment issues and maintenance-related emergencies
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability
