**Role Overview:**

As a Maintenance Generalist, you'll work across various departments to maintain equipment, ensure safety, and minimize downtime. The role involves troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Support maintenance efforts to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
4. Collaborate with plant personnel to meet operational goals.
5. Work overtime and weekends as needed and provide your own tools.
