Location: 715 Fountain Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17601

Ecore is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician, 2nd Shift, to bring electrical expertise to our Lancaster, PA Electro-Mechanic team. We have a mature preventative maintenance schedule that minimizes unexpected downtime, but we are always looking for better ways to do things. Your innovative mindset and hands-on expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our operations.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay Range: $27.00 - $37.00/hour, based on experience. Shift Differential: an additional $2.00/hour

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize safety for yourself and your teammates. You are empowered to act and stop work if you observe unsafe conditions.
  • Apply your electrical expertise to support electrical and mechanical projects.
  • Maintain and repair equipment in our manufacturing plants, including machines that produce sports flooring and related equipment.
  • Work with NC and CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro-mechanical systems, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance to prevent unexpected downtime.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and determine appropriate adjustments or repairs.
  • Collaborate closely with Machine Operators to understand issues and find solutions.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and machine shop tools.
  • Associate's degree in Electromechanics or an apprenticeship in Electromechanical Maintenance is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with control wiring (120/240/480 volts).
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a box truck or flatbed with manual or automatic transmission.
