Industrial Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Hours and pay:

  • 2nd shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday (plus overtime)
  • Base pay: $23.00 - $30.00+ / hour
  • Overtime: $34.50 - $42.75 / hour (based on experience)
  • $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment
  • Troubleshoot issues and complete long-term projects
  • Maintain electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Operate and troubleshoot overhead cranes, sand mixers, conveyors, and other equipment

Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Proven team player with a strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability
  • High school diploma and technical certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with various departments and vendors
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures and documentation
