Job summary

Accelera is expanding and seeking skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team across Akron, Alliance, and Barberton, Ohio. The positions offer 1st shift schedules with $25–$30 per hour based on experience, plus comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

You will diagnose and repair electrical issues, service pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and perform general maintenance to keep equipment running at peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Perform necessary electrical repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
• Identify and fix pneumatic system malfunctions to support operational efficiency.
