Qualifications

• Tech School or college degree a plus but not necessary.
• Experience with SAP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools and reassemble equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
• Inspect drives, motors, belts, and fluids; replace filters and follow checklists.
• Use hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical test devices.
• Assemble, install or repair wiring, plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints and repair manuals.
• Inspect, operate, and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts.
• Dismantle devices to access defective parts with hoists or hand tools.
• Plan repair work using diagrams and schematics.
• Submit part orders and repair reports efficiently.
• Adjust functional parts using metering equipment.
• Operate cutting torches or welding equipment.
