Job summary

Reyes Holdings, a leading McDonald's distributor, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Wisconsin facility. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment in a multi-temperature environment and support building systems, lighting, data/power installations, and safety standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED with 0–2 years of related experience; Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience.
• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment.
• Perform building-related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas by painting and refurbishing as needed.
• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, including forklift and other heavy equipment.
• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts reports.
• Other duties as assigned

• Hiring for 1st or 2nd shift, based on availability

• 1st shift: Tuesday-Saturday 6:00am-2:00pm

• 2nd shift: Sunday-Thursday 3:00pm-11:00pm

• Weekly pay

• Pay based on experience

• Food distribution center with a multi-temperature environment ranging from -10F to 80F

Position Responsibilities:

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling

• Perform building related installation and maintenance, including furniture assembly, data/ power installations, and lighting repair

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician maintains cleanliness of interior and exterior of property by painting and refurbishing areas

• Monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications

• The Industrial Maintenance Technician uses a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks, including a forklift and other heavy equipment

• Communicate daily with Maintenance Supervisor and team with respect to repairs, faulty operations, defective materials, or parts and incident reports when necessary

• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experience
