Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Toledo, OH for a direct hire with a manufacturing client. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting improvements across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong PLC and industrial electrical knowledge, and experience with six-axis robotics and other advanced equipment. On-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
• Extensive experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
• Experience with six-axis robotics and other advanced manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily start-up and shutdown procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including PLCs and six-axis robotics.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for all facility equipment.
• Complete in-house projects and maintain logs documenting timelines.
• Perform facility repairs and address safety concerns proactively.
• Coordinate with external contractors for projects beyond internal resources.
• Monitor installation of new equipment by contractors.
• Attend pre-shift and post-shift meetings to communicate updates and issues.
• Maintain and enhance 5S standards throughout the facility.
• Complete required documentation, including shift notes, preventive maintenance logs, and work orders.

Position Summary: ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join their manufacturing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive benefits. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility systems, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily start-up and shutdown procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and six-axis robotics.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for all facility equipment.
