Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Silverton, Oregon. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery, perform preventative maintenance, and help reduce downtime across the line.

Starting pay is $18.00–$24.00 per hour, with $25.00–$28.00 per hour upon hire, plus swing and 12-hour shifts, including four 12-hour shifts in July and three days off per week.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, mechanical or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work swing shift and 12-hour schedules.
• Reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to communicate in English, Spanish, or Spanish-only acceptable.

Industrial Maintenance Technician

PAY: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour to start ($25.00 – $28.00 per hour upon hire)

LOCATION: Silverton, OR

We are currently hiring a Machine Maintenance Technician for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in industrial maintenance with strong long-term earning potential.

Schedule & Shift Structure:

• Initial 2 week training on swing shift: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM

• Transition into production shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM OR
  • 5:00 AM – 5:30 AM

• July is peak season:
  • Four 12-hour shifts
  • 3 days off per week

Job Duties:
