Job summary

W3Global seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright for Sharpsville, PA. You will maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment, work with electrical and mechanical systems, and uphold safety standards.

The role involves welding/fabrication tasks, weekend/overtime shifts, and documentation as part of a team. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot three-phase motors and controls.
• OSHA/LOTO safety knowledge and PPE adherence.
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred and beneficial.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Job description

Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright position in Sharpsville, PA

• Must have at least 5 years maintenance experience in an industrial environment - experience working in a Foundry type environment is a plus
• Responsible for ensuring operation of all plant equipment as part of a team
• Troubleshoot facility industrial equipment using Operation Manuals, Instructions, Drawings, Schematics.
• Steel fabrication experience (Cutting/welding) is preferred
• Must have basic Electrical and Mechanical skills including being familiar with troubleshooting Three Phase Electric Motors and Controls. Experience with Arc Flash Safety is a plus.
• Must be in good physical condition and have the ability to Stand, Bend, Kneel, and Safely climb up ladders and work on equipment in a Safe manner for an entire shift - keeping Safety as your number one Priority. Must be able to lift 50#
• Must be willing to perform all Maintenance tasks in accordance with OSHA standards including Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Wearing proper PPE, etc.
• Must be willing to work unexpected shifts for emergency repairs including weekends as required
• Must have good communication skills to communicate with all employees, supervisors, and managers
• Must complete all paperwork and documentation in a clear, legible manor
• Must maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Must possess strong continuous improvement mentality
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
