Key Responsibilities:Machinery and Equipment Maintenance

• Perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance on CNC cutting and milling machines, vertical carousel storage/retrieval systems, 6-axis robotics, conveyor systems, air compressors, and dust collection systems.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks in alignment with established schedules.
• Maintain accurate preventative maintenance logs to comply with OSHA standards.

Building and Grounds Maintenance

• Relocate production and office equipment/furniture as needed.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Report shortages of materials and supplies required by the maintenance team.
• Open and secure the facility at the start of each workday.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems.
• Skills in light construction, carpentry, and machining (e.g., drill press, saw, milling machine).
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance protocols and documentation.
• PLC troubleshooting/programming skills are a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience is .

Education:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
