Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group LLC in Renton, WA is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain packaging equipment, ensuring safety and reliability across our production lines.

You will document repairs in Manager Plus, coordinate with operations on schedules, fabricate parts as needed, and follow Total Preventative Maintenance guidelines to maximize uptime. 40 hours/week on-site with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Completion of Industrial Maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize repairs by urgency and maintain schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment to maximize uptime.
• Maintains records of repairs in Manager Plus.
