Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance mechanic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently.
• Experience using manual and pneumatic hand tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder level.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Record downtime and identify causes.
• Replace and repair machine parts as needed.
• Set up equipment on production lines according to specifications.
• Respond quickly to maintenance issues to support production schedules.
• Participate in maintenance and machine training sessions.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
