About The Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will promote workplace efficiency and profitability by maintaining, inspecting, and repairing facilities, equipment, and machinery.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and repair conveyor systems and equipment daily
• Perform routine inspection, preventative maintenance on air compressors, generators, compactors, bailers, conveyors, and material handling equipment
• Inspect and repair fire protection equipment
• Manage parts inventory
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing repairs, painting, and furniture moves
• Maintain heating and air conditioning units
• Ensure proper lighting throughout the facility
• Sort, load, and recycle pallets, cardboard, metals, and light bulbs
• Assist external contractors as needed
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Compliance with MSDS standards and lock-out/tag procedures
