Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Food & Beverage Operations on-site. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and packaging equipment in a refrigerated facility, performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe, reliable line operation and compliance with safety and food quality standards.

You will use CMMS to log work orders, collaborate with Engineering and Operations, and respond quickly to downtime events while adhering to LOTO and

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a food processing or refrigerated environment.
• Electrical troubleshooting on 480 V systems and PLC I/O.
• Experience with mechanical repair and preventive/predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair food production and packaging equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Support safe operation of refrigeration, conveyors, motors, and controls in a refrigerated environment.
• Respond to equipment downtime and document corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve equipment reliability and line performance.
• Use CMMS to complete work orders, track parts, and log activities accurately.
• Follow food safety, quality, and OSHA procedures including lockout/tagout.
• Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Communicate status of maintenance work to supervisors and production teams.
• Participate in on-call or shift work as needed.

Working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, you'll help ensure consistent, high-quality meals reach vulnerable clients nationwide while upholding strict safety and food quality standards.
