Job summary

Helion Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift in Newnan, GA. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

You will read schematics and blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and document activities while collaborating with a growing maintenance team. A strong safety mindset and reliable attendance are required for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems up to 480V.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Comfortable using precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and industrial production equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Replace and repair motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, chains, and other mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V using a multimeter.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Work safely while minimizing equipment downtime.
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to keep operations running efficiently.
