Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep warehouse operations running safely and efficiently in a hands-on role. You’ll work on forklifts, roll-up doors, electrical systems, welding, diesel equipment, and refrigeration projects, with a focus on reliability and preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have experience in industrial or warehouse maintenance, are proficient with hand and power tools, and can troubleshoot problems independently while collaborating with the team

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, warehouse, facility, fleet, or equipment maintenance.
• Experience with roll-up doors, forklifts, material handling equipment, electrical troubleshooting, welding and fabrication, diesel equipment or yard trucks, mechanical equipment repair.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while also taking direction and working as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and physical structures.
• Troubleshoot and repair roll-up doors, forklifts, material handling equipment, and other warehouse equipment.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Complete welding and fabrication work as needed.
• Perform maintenance on diesel equipment and yard trucks.
• Assist with plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on material handling equipment following manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Assist with basic refrigeration system inspections and maintenance under supervision.
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other maintenance equipment.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the maintenance team and facility leadership to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed.

We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our warehouse, equipment, and yard operations running safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on maintenance professional with experience working on warehouse equipment, forklifts, roll‑up doors, electrical systems, welding, and diesel or yard trucks. Refrigeration experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, machinery, and physical structures
• Troubleshoot and repair roll‑up doors, forklifts, material handling equipment, and other warehouse equipment

• Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, cutting torches, and other maintenance equipment

• Work closely with the maintenance team and facility leadership to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial, warehouse, facility, fleet, or equipment maintenance

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., with heavier lifting possible depending on the facility
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments
• Ability to work around varying noise levels and industrial equipment
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment
• Ability to work at heights when required by the facility
