Job summary

Barfections LLC in Kentucky is seeking a maintenance technician to keep production and facility equipment ready for continuous manufacturing. You will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and service machinery to meet safety and quality standards, while following LOTO, PPE, and guarding procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, fabrication, and plumbing knowledge.
• Preventative maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting ability.
• Tow motor operation experience preferred.
• Read safety rules, maintenance manuals, and procedures.
• Strong math, reading, and communication skills.
• Work independently and within a team environment.
• Flexible shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and facility equipment to support continuous manufacturing and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment.
• Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer standards and applicable codes.
• Ensure equipment condition supports product safety and contamination prevention.
• Follow all plant safety procedures including LOTO, PPE, and machine guarding.
• Identify and report safety hazards and assist in corrective actions.
• Notify leadership of equipment malfunctions impacting production.
• Assist with general building and facility maintenance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
