Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
• Conveyor maintenance experience is required, including PMs and troubleshooting.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V.
• Experience with motors, drives, contactors, limit switches, and basic I/O.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting on production machinery.
• Strong teamwork, attitude, and attendance are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, contactors, limit switches, and basic I/O.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Repair and maintain blenders, mixers, pumps, motors, fillers, sorters, packaging equipment, and related machinery.
• Respond to production equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to keep equipment operating efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all plant safety procedures.
