Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a maintenance technician for operations in Acworth, GA. The role involves evening shifts 6:30pm–4am, four 10-hour shifts weekly on a rotating schedule, and hands-on maintenance across manufacturing areas.

You’ll work with PLCs, electrical systems, refrigeration, welding, and basic repairs while supporting scheduling and contractor coordination. A trade apprenticeship or college training is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a trade apprenticeship and/or college education.
• Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment including PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, welding, electrical, plumbing and hydraulics.

Location & Schedule

This position is located in Acworth, GA. Shift time is 6:30pm-4am working four 10-hours shifts per week on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Applicants are required to have a trade apprenticeship and/or college education, a minimum of three (3) years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment including PLC programming and troubleshooting, industrial refrigeration, welding all classes, strong electrical knowledge, plumbing and hydraulics experience. Computer skills required are in the field of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Own hand tool required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required. Must be able to safely operate a forklift and manual/electric pallet jacks. Ability to read electrical and mechanical blueprints preferred.

Salary

Pay up to $30/hr.
