Job summary

Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems of our manufacturing plant in Garfield Heights, Ohio. Mission-critical role ensuring maximum uptime and reliability across production equipment.

You will troubleshoot advanced automation, legacy PLCs, vision systems, and high-temperature equipment, while maintaining general facility infrastructure. This 1st shift, full-time position offers direct hire opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hydraulic molding presses, coining presses, industrial grinders, and production equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot advanced automation systems and legacy PLCs.
• Familiarity with high-temperature furnaces, pumps, compressors, and pneumatic/ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across the full range of production equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot high-temperature furnaces and thermal control loops.
• Service and repair industrial air compressors, pneumatic lines, and ventilation systems.
• Troubleshoot automated production lines using GE Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Review PLC logic and resolve communication errors.

Movement Search and Delivery is working with a leading manufacturer in Garfield Heights, Ohio to identify and evaluate a Maintenance Technician.

This is a 1st Shift, direct hire, full-time position.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and automated systems of our manufacturing plant. This role ensures maximum uptime of our specialized process. You will troubleshoot advanced automation systems, including legacy PLCs, modern collaborative robotics, and vision systems, while also maintaining high-pressure industrial machinery and general facility infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hydraulic molding presses, coining presses, industrial grinders, and other production equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues across the full range of production equipment
• Maintain and troubleshoot high-temperature sintering furnaces, heating elements, and thermal control loops
• Service and repair industrial air compressors, pneumatic lines, and ventilation systems
• Troubleshoot automated production lines using GE Fanuc, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs
• Perform diagnostic checks, review PLC logic, and resolve communication errors
