Job summary

Vector Windows in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for 1st shift to keep production running smoothly. You’ll diagnose and repair equipment, install and upgrade machinery, fabricate and weld parts, and perform preventive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires experience with mechanical systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics.

Join our team as a 1st shift Industrial Maintenance Technician at Vector Windows!

Hours:

Monday – Thursday, 5:30 pm – 4 pm, frequent OT on Fridays

We’re looking for askilled problem-solver to keep our production running smoothly as an Industrial Maintenance Technician! If you have experience with mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance, this is the job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose & repairequipment to minimize downtime.
• Install & upgrademachinery for peak performance.
• Fabricate & weldparts as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running.
• Ensure safety, following all protocols, including lock-out/tag-out.

What You Need:

• Experience withmechanical systems & automation.

• Ability to readelectrical & pneumatic schematics.
• Electrical experience & networking knowledgea plus!

Physical Requirements:

This role isphysically demandingand requires frequent standing, walking, repetitive movement, andheavy liftingthroughout the shift. Candidatesmustbe comfortable performingmanual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
