Pay ≈ $30.00 plus a $3.00 weekend premium pay for Sat./Sun.+ Overtime)

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday (48 hours)
• Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday (36 hours)

YOUR ROLE

As an Maintenance Technician, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining equipment, and promoting a safe work environment. You support production schedules, conduct repairs, and communicate effectively with the team. Monitoring equipment, conducting maintenance tasks, and addressing safety requirements are key responsibilities. You also handle routine maintenance, ensure the functionality of motorized equipment, and troubleshoot electrical systems. Sharing your expertise, providing training, and optimizing repair approaches contribute to productivity. Accurate documentation and active participation in safety and team meetings help maintain strong internal relationships.
