We’re seeking three experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join their skilled team. If you're a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, this direct-hire opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

Multiple shifts available Day, evening and overnight

What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic robotic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, motors, heaters, and various manufacturing equipment
• Access and interpret PLCs for troubleshooting purposes (programming not required)
• Work with AC/DC systems, robotic assemblies, digital/analog displays, and firmware
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to support repair and installation tasks
• Assist or lead advanced equipment repairs across the facility

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Relevant certifications and licenses required
• Strong troubleshooting ability and mechanical/electrical aptitude
• Comfortable working independently, at heights, or in confined spaces
• Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and using fall protection equipment when needed
