Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician in Delphos, OH to maintain and repair our production equipment, including refrigeration, pumps, and pneumatics. The role requires strong Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, and schematic skills, with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring safety.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance, reads technical manuals, and works well with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lock Out Tag Out, PLC, Schematics, and Pneumatics.
• Experience with refrigeration and pumps is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery breakdowns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment and machinery breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to minimize the risk of breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and time spent on each job.
• Collaborating with other departments, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out, to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
