Job summary

GMP Mechanical & Process Equipment in Concord, OH is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on maintenance of glass-lined reactors and related process equipment on a full-time, on-site basis. The role supports a GMP environment and involves mechanical repair and preventive maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of industrial experience with similar equipment, strong hands-on repair skills, and the ability to work both in teams and independently to ensure

• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an industrial setting with similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Pfaudler and De Dietrich glass-lined reactors.
• Bottom outlet valve rebuilding.
• Repair agitators, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and motors.
• Replace glass reactor components and related piping.
• Service pumps, filter dryers, centrifuges, scrubbers, and other process equipment.
• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance.
• Support ISO 8 room filter replacement and mechanical HVAC duties.
• General plumbing, piping and facility maintenance.
• Document GMP work orders and equipment records.

Primary responsibilities:

• Pfaudler and De Dietrich glass-lined reactors
• Bottom outlet valve rebuilding
• Agitator seals, gearboxes, bearings, couplings, and motors
• Replacement of glass reactor components
• Rupture discs, ball valves, gaskets, piping components, and thermowells
• Pumps, filter dryers, centrifuges, scrubbers, and other process equipment
• Mechanical preventive maintenance
• ISO 8 room filter replacement and mechanical HVAC support
• General plumbing, piping, and facility maintenance
• GMP work orders and equipment documentation

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience working in an Industrial setting with the same or similar equipment as listed above

Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment repair and preventative maintenance

Must be able to work within teams and individually

Must be able to regularly demonstrate organizational skills
