Job summary

Arjobex America Inc in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll work on advanced electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot complex problems, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

The role requires minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, an Associate’s degree in Industrial Electronics or relevant certifications, and proficiency reading

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Associate’s degree in Industrial Electronics or technical certifications a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair power distribution, PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and lighting systems.
• Repair, overhaul, and test AC/DC electrical equipment.
• Install and maintain circuits, switchgears, transformers, starters, controllers, and production equipment.
• Read schematics, blueprints, manuals, and perform computer diagnostics.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in machines and building systems.
• Modify, overhaul, or rebuild machine parts using tools and plant equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe operations.
• Start up new or repaired equipment and ensure optimal performance.

What You’ll Do:

Electrical:
