Job Requirements

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our safe, friendly, and climate-controlled advanced manufacturing facilities located in Cedarburg, WI. You will be responsible for hands-on maintenance of equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. Our established maintenance team will support your training and continuous learning.

Responsibilities include (not an exhaustive list):

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe systems, and electrical systems.
• Visual inspection and testing of machinery and equipment, including electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Maintaining working areas and departments in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Mechanical Maintenance experience in repairing machinery, equipment, structures, pipe, and electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Background in CNC machine repair is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, mathematical aptitude, effective communication, thorough follow-through, and computer proficiency in Microsoft and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and determine the best solutions.
