Caterpillar is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The role focuses on precision maintenance of CNC/NC machine tools (lathes, mills, grinders) and associated systems within a climate-controlled facility and surrounding areas.

The position requires 3-5 years in a similar manufacturing role, with CNC experience preferred. You will support multiple groups including facilities, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Shipping, and IT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on CNC/NC machine tools and related equipment, documenting activities.
• Install, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic controls on production equipment.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on machinery, building systems, and infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security.
• Respond to emergency safety and operational concerns within a climate-controlled facility and exterior areas as needed.
• Support Production, Quality, Shipping, and IT teams as required.

Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Definition**This position is accountable to perform precision skilled maintenance functions on CNC and NC machine tools, such as lathes, mills, precision grinders, and other associated industrial equipment.This position reports to Maintenance Department Supervisor.This position does not have any direct reports. **Responsibilities** -Performing and documenting maintenance activities involved in installation, alteration, upgrade, regular inspection & repair.-Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems, controls, and components of manufacturing machine tools and production equipment.-Install wiring, conduit, transformers, breakers, switches to supply electrical power to machine tools, facility systems, and facility equipment.-Preventative maintenance of various types of standard and specialized machinery and equipment, physical building and grounds, and infrastructure to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, security, and telecommunications.-Responding to emergency safety and operational concerns.
