Job summary

Mr. Magic Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to service our Greater Pittsburgh region sites. You’ll perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, read schematics, diagnose electrical issues with test tools, and keep wash systems running at peak uptime.

You’ll need 3+ years in facilities or industrial maintenance, troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems. Welding or PLC experience is a plus; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, field service, industrial maintenance, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Keep car wash systems humming by performing scheduled & emergency maintenance.
• Read schematics, diagnose electrical issues with ohmmeters, and troubleshoot like a pro.
• Identify problems before they happen through regular inspections and preventive care.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings for consistent wash quality.
• Accurately and timely record and report maintenance logs, parts usage, and diagnostics.
• Weld components and maintain structural integrity where needed.
• Respond promptly to on-site service requests and support operational uptime.
• Collaborate with managers and site teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
