This hands‑on role is ideal for a maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting electrical systems, repairing automated equipment, and solving complex mechanical challenges in a fast‑paced environment. Based in Ankeny, IA, you'll make a direct impact on production reliability while working with advanced equipment and a team that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase power
• Maintain and repair high-speed equipment such as cappers, fillers, labelers, and bottling lines
• Diagnose and resolve issues with sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and motor drives
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule or program requirements
• Visually inspect, test, and lubricate machinery components such as shafts, bearings, and gears
• Collaborate with supervisors to determine appropriate repair, replacement, or modification actions

Requirements for Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• At least two years of industrial maintenance experience
• Familiarity with food and beverage production equipment is preferred
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks, exerting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and 25 to 50 pounds frequently
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and basic math skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with attention to safety and detail
