We are seeking a safety-conscious Overnight Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join the team at BARCO Recycling, Albuquerque, NM.

*NOW OFFERING A $10,000 STAY ON BONUS*

Schedule: 6pm-4am

Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Your role will focus on the overall health and maintenance of the plant and all supporting machinery, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, grinders, shredders, and conveyor systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to plant issues and breakdowns with service calls.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in the field (preferred).
• Ability to work 40-50 hours weekly.
• Schedule: overnight 10 pm-6 am, Monday-Friday, with weekend work as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT:

• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA standards.
